Summer is Here!!
As we celebrated "Summer Solstice" yesterday it was a reminder that summer is officially here, and hopefully to stay for the next three months, if not longer!! It has often felt like it's not really wanting to make an appearance this year...we get little teasers, then it goes cold and then warms up... What happened to those consistently hot Canadian summers we could count on?
It was a long drawn out winter and a bit of a pathetic spring... we DESERVE to have some hot sun beating down on us. I think the weather has affected people's moods when it comes to real estate too...everyone has been down in the doldrums and less properties have become available for sale...well no more!! It's time to get out there...enjoy the beautiful days...visit open houses...or walk around your neighbourhood and find the home of your dreams...And as we know, everything looks better in the sunshine!
