Graduation day from "Leader's Choice"
Today was the final day or "Graduation Day" from the Chris Leader course called "Leader's Choice". This course is excellent and I highly recommend it for new sales representatives who need guidance and education on how to get their business up and running effectively and also for experienced sales representatives who may simply need a bit of boost to re-boot their careers. Now we're all top notch agents (not that we weren't already, just armed/refreshed with a multitude of real estate selling skills or ammunition...look out Oakville and Burlington!).
It was 9 weeks long, held at the Ramada Inn in Milton. The large group were split in to 3 teams. I was the "Team Leader" for ours (if you know me, then you'll know that this is generally always the case!!), we were the Burloak Brawlers, we chose the name because A) we were a feisty group and B) we were made up half with Burlington's Prudential By the Lake Realty, and half with Oakville's Prudential Town Centre Realty (hence the Burloak), what a great group of people and I was honoured to be teamed up with them! So much so I took ALL 15 of us out for lunch this afternoon in celebration of our wonderful team!
